Jobs Description
- Procurement of products according to the company's product list from stores/factory in China
- communication with the production plant to summarize information (such as price, production period)
- order products according to the project of the sales team
- follow up production according to the assigned timeline
- save product information and various factory information into the system
- Solve problems with the factory if the product is not of quality / have a request from the customer
Requirement
- Communicate in Chinese typing HSK level 4 up
- Able to work as a team - Good interpersonal skills
- work systematically Able to plan and have negotiation, negotiation and coordination skills
- Need someone who used to order OEM products from China, knows how to talk about spec agreements and has more than 1.5 years of experience in the field.
Working from 9.00-18.00 Doing Saturdays, except Saturdays
